Our Story

The 1966 running of the 24 Hours of Le Mans is one of the most important races in Ford history. A trio of brutally quick Ford GT40s crossed the finish line 1-2-3, trampling favorite Ferrari in the world’s most prestigious endurance race. The historic win not only made racing history—it remade Ford as a performance-car company.

Le Mans Kitchen, located in the heart of Sarasota Ford and curated exclusively for our customers, was born from the revolutionary spirit that made an implausible win a reality. Le Mans Kitchen breaks the rules on what is expected from a car dealership. Prepare to indulge in a Michelin Star–level dining experience complete with the ambience to transport you to a French café on the streets of Le Mans.

Armed with passion and a drive for excellence, Chef Martinez owned and operated the 200-seat La Maison Blanche in Paris for ten years. Located inside the coveted Golden Triangle (Triangle D’or), La Maison Blanche was in the company of high-end boutiques, fashion houses, and some of the city’s most iconic and glamorous destinations. With Chef Martinez at the helm, La Maison Blanche earned itself a coveted Michelin Star.

Our artisanal cuisine features elaborate seafood specials, steak tartare, duck breast, and filet mignon en croute, our twist on a beef wellington that will delight meat lovers. We proudly prepare everything in-house, from bread to dessert, and offer a wide selection of beer and wine.

Le Mans Kitchen is located inside Sarasota Ford at 707 S. Washington Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34236. It is open from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Reservations are currently exclusive to Sarasota Ford customers who purchase or service their vehicles.
