Chef Nick began cooking at 16 and graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in 2011. He’s worked at the Four Seasons, served in the Navy, and held roles at the Ritz Carlton and Sunseeker. He now leads Le Mans Kitchen at Sarasota Ford as Executive Chef.
