Blake Campbell is the Restaurant Manager at Le Mans Kitchen and brings with him more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. His culinary management career spans from the luxurious Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota to the famed Latin fusion restaurant Selva Grill.

Campbell has a proven track record of increasing customer satisfaction by implementing positive changes initiated by feedback from customers. He is skilled in developing efficient processes, leading teams, and creating an inviting place to dine and work.

Campbell believes that the freshest and most sustainably sourced ingredients make the biggest impact on quality and taste. He ensures that everything in the Le Mans Kitchen is made from scratch and the menu satisfies a diverse palate.

Campbell continues to pioneer new methods in business operations, efficiency, menu development, and overall long-term business success. His knowledge and skill, spanning from team building to finance, ensure that Le Mans Kitchen will continue to raise the bar on culinary standards.

Campbell attended Villanova University and has black belt leadership training certification from Six Sigma. He joined the staff in 2023 to help launch the Le Mans Kitchen concept and continues to be one of the essential ingredients that help make it the success it is today.
