Mirza Velic

Mirza Velic is the Chief Experience Officer at Le Mans Kitchen and Sarasota Ford, bringing to the table more than 14 years of experience in the service industry. As the previous Food and Beverage Manager at Jack Dusty, the signature restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota, Velic brings extensive experience in the nuances of fine dining.

Upholding the highest customer service standard is his priority at Le Mans Kitchen. Velic works alongside the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager to maintain the top level of food quality and is responsible for creating a unique and memorable experience for both his customers and employees.

Velic’s vision for Le Mans Kitchen is to create an intimate environment that combines approachable luxury with exceptional cuisine.

Under Velic’s leadership, alongside the Sarasota Ford management team, Sarasota Ford was awarded Ford Motor Company’s most prestigious award, the President’s Award, and Triple Crown Award for five years and counting (2018–2022). In his current role, Velic implements standard operating procedures to continuously uphold the highest quality of overall customer engagement.

Velic holds a business management degree from the State College of Florida/University of South Florida and received leadership training from NCM Associates. He has been on the Sarasota Ford team since 2017. With Velic at the lead, you can be assured Le Mans Kitchen will not only be the best place to eat but also the best place to work.
